Ancient Greece

The children have become absolutely absorbed in the world of Achilles, Odysseus and Hector, not to mention the mayhem of the gods and goddesses. Many of the group have invested in their own copy of ' Black Ships before Troy ' by Rosemary Sutcliff and Alan Lee, in order to read ahead and have animated daily discussions on the progress of the Trojan War. The black and orange images are some of our Greek vase collages showing the story of Achilles' Heel.
