We visited the Museum in Docklands to find out about the local area during World War II. We learnt about the importance of the docks and why they were a target.
We have found out about daily life with rationing, A.R.P. wardens, blackouts, Anderson shelters and digging for victory.

A Suitably Happy Ending

Year 3 has begun working on scenes from the play ‘A Suitably Happy Ending’ by Alison Chaplin. We will be exploring the themes of friendship, bullying and getting on with others.
