Giles Colchester

Parent of two children who have left Dallington and had very different educational needs. He lives locally, a short walk from the school. Giles is a Chartered Accountant and consultant, specialising in financial procedures and controls, primarily in housing and regeneration. He was on the Board of a community based Housing Association for 9 years as the finance specialist. Previously a trustee and board member of the National Neighbourhood Watch Association, first as Vice-chair, then Treasurer, and finally Chair. Previously involved in the Clerkenwell Community Trust and was vice chair of the City Fringe. As part of his work as a consultant he has advised on business plans for a nursery and a playgroup.
