Fotini Vergottis

I am Greek, graduated from the University of Athens Law School. Full member of the Athens Law Society since 1977. Ceased membership due to taking up employment in the UK. Head of Shipping Finance – National Bank of Greece, London. Resigned in February 1995 in order to look after my son, Andrew.

Volunteer Adviser at Citizen’s Advice Bureau, Ludgate Hill, City since 2003. City Volunteer, manager of Greek School (Prophet Elias Greek Orthodox Church) Reading, Berks.

My son, Andrew Vergottis, now 14 years old, was a pupil at Dallington from 1998 to 2004. He took a liking to the school when he was 10 months old and crawled quite happily on the ‘stage’ of Dallington School, while we were looking for a good school for him and Jane was showing us the school.

Dallington was the right choice for Andrew, he thrived there and spent six very happy years, by his own admission.

We were also very pleased with the school, its staff, the very competent and wise head, Mogg, its friendly, family-like atmosphere and its open and honest policy.
