Homework

One cannot underestimate the value of family time!

If homework is given, it will involve time spent with an adult, as in a shared reading activity, or a practical maths experience, such as shopping.  With older children, homework is either research, as an extension to the day's work, or reinforcement, particularly with a newly-introduced concept or topic.

Although the children are encouraged to become enthusiastic, independent investigators, they all seem to welcome the chance to share their findings.  One cannot underestimate, therefore, the value of family time!
